Steven at his Eagle Scout ceremony

Kathryn Brandt Addicted to 3S Registered: July 2005 Location: Ohio Posts: 2,047	My son, Steven, at his Eagle Scout ceremony on Sunday, October 14, 2007. In the top right photo you see Steven with his red neckerchief on for the troop. When a boy becomes Eagle it is replaced with a red, white and blue neckerchief. He also received the red, white and blue Eagle pin and the Eagle Scout badge. Mom, me, received a pin and dad received a tie tack. What a beautiful "fall" kit, nice play on words for the title Linda! I used this beautiful kit for my son's Eagle Scout ceremony...and that is what I LOVE about Linda's kits...she makes them so versatile. Linda starts with some beautiful fall colors and has some neat textured and patterened papers...what a great idea making a scrabble board type paper with words on it! And Linda never disappoints me with elements...there are so many of them...tags, staples, ribbons, bows, buttons, flowers, prongs, corners, paper clips, gems, journal tags, frames and more...even a full alpha!

Oh Kathy, Kathy, Kathy!!! You and Ken have just got to be SO proud of Steven for this INCREDIBLE accomplishment!!! Look at ALL of those BADGES!!! That is a lot of HARD work and DETERMINATION and TRULY says VOLUMES about his young man! We've NEVER had a local troop for the boys to plug into and I always thought that they were missing out a WONDERFUL opportunity that would leave an imprint in their lives for a LIFETIME, but it was not meant-to-be. I LOVE the way that you have WOVEN the HEART DOODLE around the border of the SCALLOPED FRAME and created a LOVELY border on the RIGHT-HAND side or your page with the FOLDED RICK-RACK, RIBBON and BOW ENSEMBLE and the HEART CHARM!!! OUTSTANDING achievement for dearest Steven and BEAUTIFULLY preserved by MOM!!!

Congrats! A lot of hard work goes into an Eagle project. My son earned his last Fall...we have still not had his ceremony yet (let's just say teenage attitude is stalling it). So glad to see you have preserved this moment for him.
