Journaling reads: This is the glass dome of the Parisian department store, Galeries Lafayette. Exhibiting a Neo-Byzantine style, the dome is the centerpiece of the building has even been classified as a historical monument. The department store was HUGE, featuring a plethora of brand names; it was an experience to wander through the store, feeling like one were in a grandiose hotel!
