Q: Is the Design Club a monthly subscription program?
A: Yes, your credit card is automatically billed $4.99 the first week of each month.
Q: Are there penalties or fees associated with cancellation?
A: No, there are penalty for cancellation. You may cancel at any time
Q: If I was already a member of the Quick Design Club, why do I have to sign-up again for the Design Club?
A: Due to payment regulations associated with credit cards, you will need to rejoin the Design Club.
Q: Are the designs with the new Design Club all downloads?
A: Yes, all designs are conveniently downloadable from your online account area. Designs will no longer be available on disc.
Q: What if I lose a design for some reason, what do I do?
A: Your Design Club products will always be available in your online account area. You can re download at anytime. You can also download Mac or PC versions for installation directly into our software—or you can download a generic installer for use with other programs.
Q: When will the Club Designs be available?
A: All Design Club kits will be available the first week of each month. No longer will you have to wait for shipping of discs.
Q: What if my credit card on the account expires?
A: We will make a maximum of 3 attempts per month to achieve payment.
